At the heart of its work is our global network of young changemakers representing our mission through al Sharq youth hubs in various countries around the world.

Al Sharq Fellowship Program: A journey focused on developing a leadership mindset, deepening your awareness, and aligning your personal growth with a collective vision.

Al Sharq Impact Platform: A curated space to transform ideas into tangible action plans, collaborative projects, and initiatives that respond to real-world challenges. 

Community Development Program: Focused on civic engagement, public policy, and community mobilization, this stream equips members to engage deeply with societal structures and local realities

Al Sharq Diwan: A platform for meaningful and structured dialogue, enabling members to move beyond digital noise into thoughtful discussion and human-centered understanding.

Al Sharq Youth Hubs, the beating heart of the community. Hubs are local, city-based spaces where members come together to exchange ideas, host discussions, and implement projects that create both local and regional impact. They are where vision turns into practice. With a presence in over 40 cities across MENA, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

The Al Sharq Youth International Conference equips a generation to deliver and launch what comes next. It is an active space to engage in defining the challenges of our time and crafting responses that are bold, practical, and grounded in shared values. It brings together young changemakers, thought leaders, activists, and institutions from across the globe to inspire, co-create, and draw the generational pathway ahead to change the course of the future.

Al Sharq Youth relies on different sources of funds, this includes:

– Project-based funds: The network seeks sponsorship from both private and public sectors for its activities/programs that are organized on local, regional or international level. These funds
are not limited to monetary support but also in-kind support.

– Partnerships: Our network conducts a number of its events in partnership with significant organizations who sponsor those events.

– Paid Events: Some of our events are covered through the fee of participation (e.g. The Annual Conference).

– Donations: A number of philanthropist businessmen who share our values and vision, provide non-conditional contributions to the network.
