Why Join Us Now?
The recent times have brought about unparalleled issues and war that is being faced by our societies and youth. Although we curtailed it, the recent Covid-19 pandemic exacerbated socio-economic difficulties, catastrophic humanitarian crises, climate impact and many other aspects of modern life and yet, our global conversations around these challenges are seemingly more polarized and fractured than ever. These coming years will cause us to face a plethora of difficulties that require urgent collaborations at unprecedented levels.
At this critical juncture in history, Al Sharq Youth Hubs around the world are working towards creating innovative ideas and initiatives in a new spirit to address these global challenges through promoting the ideals of informed-citizenry, multi-stakeholder dialogue and democratic participation, while providing a space for the exchange and realization of ideas that contribute to the betterment of the world. We aim for synergy of efforts through collaboration with high caliber leaders and proactive members.

Our network members are proactive, purpose-driven, change agents who voluntarily undertake initiatives or contribute to projects that aspire to achieve change towards a better world. Therefore, Al Sharq Youth is a network based on change agents who are willing to share their time and efforts to create a positive impact. Volunteer Criteria
⬊ Age: 18 – 35
⬊ A proactive concerned citizen who takes the initiative of proposing and leading activities and projects that correspond to the local community challenges and the Hub goals.
⬊ Ready to share his/her time and efforts to participate in developing and executing the Hub’s activities.
⬊ Supports the Hub and the network with new ideas of clarity, flexibility, and ability to implement it.
⬊ Has moral commitment to the values of the network and respectfully deals with its members.
